This plot was bought from the French State through a bidding process. It used to host the French Academy in Greece.

The location was chosen because it is on the most central and commercial part of Kallithea, very close to the local train station and retail center. Flisvos Marina, Trokantero and the Museun Ship Averof are in close distance.
